         <description><![CDATA[<div>Public health in Philadelphia has been becoming less and less stable as the issue with lead paint has become more and more frequent within neighborhoods that houses rental properties with lead paint. <br><br>Lead paint remains the most well known public health issue in Philadelphia at the moment for the high risk it gives not only adults who rent out these properties but the children of parents who live under such conditions as well.<br><br>According to where these neighborhoods pertaining lead paint toxicity are located, it’s believed that some locations have rental housing that’s been built before the lead paint law reenactment of 1987.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The fact that these housing locations, despite the architecture being very outdated and show clear signs of danger for property renters, never received any renovations.</div><div><br></div><div>It’s important for people to understand that if this situation doesn’t get first, more and more people, including children, will have to suffer dangerous lead exposure from the ignorance of landlords who refuse to follow an environmental just law.</div><div><br></div><div>Ultimately, it’s up to us to ensure better homes for better futures of the families who live in them. Spread the awareness of this threat and make a better and safer home for everyone.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
