         <description><![CDATA[<p>P.E &amp; M.G</p><p><br></p><p>Teachers could ensure students are successful with this standard by informing them of the consequences of misusing technology. Letting them know that it goes beyond the classroom and can have serious legal consequences if something bad enough occurs. </p><p><br></p><p>We could teach and model this standard by showing them benefits of safe technology use. Demonstrating good usage on a daily basis is also beneficial. The more students learn and apply safe digital use, it becomes almost second nature. </p>]]></description>

This will help the students have a wider variety of presentation sources at hand.</p></li><li><p>The teacher can show the students step-by-step instructions on the board in front of the class. The teacher can then give the students a simple prompt to complete by using the new platform while the teacher walks around the room answering questions and making sure they are on task.</p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>P.E &amp; M.G</p><p><br></p><p>Teachers could aid in student's success by allowing them to actively engage in lessons. By incorporating real world issues and events, it gives students a chance to critically think and make connections to the lessons they are learning in the classroom.</p><p><br></p><p>In order to model this, a teacher could develop a project that involves the growth of plants. A teacher could bring in different plants and use the ideas from the students to determine which will best aid in the growth of the plant. This allows students to use their prior knowledge to aid in their learning. </p><p><br></p><p>Also, they could do a group writing project. The teacher could bring in her essay with a multitude of sources and give students the opportunity to figure out whether they believe they were primary, secondary, and properly cited. This will help them figure out how to successfully use the best sources as well as avoiding plagiarism. </p>]]></description>
