Marianna Williamson serves as the Grants & Development Manager at the U.S. Association of Blind Athletes (USABA), where she builds strategic partnerships and secures resources to strengthen adaptive sport opportunities for blind and visually impaired athletes nationwide. A former Team USA gymnast, she competed at the elite level before transitioning into collegiate coaching, student-athlete development, and philanthropy. A serious injury and the pressures of high-performance sport ultimately led to her retirement at age 18—an experience that now shapes her advocacy for athlete mental health and healthier transitions out of elite competition.

With more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, youth development, and sports philanthropy—including executive leadership at a community foundation—Marianna brings both professional and lived perspective to her work. As a sport parent and advocate, she is committed to educating coaches and families about creating environments where young athletes can thrive in sport and beyond it.

I'd love to connect and learn from others in this space!

LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/marianna-williamson/

Email: marianna.6151@gmail.com

https://community.hometeamgo.com/u/26311e94

I am a licensed professional counselor with an office in Centennial, Colorado. I have two decades of clinical experience and am passionate about specializing in athlete mental health, trauma-informed care, and nervous system-based recovery. As a former Division I athlete who competed in both the Big Ten and SEC, I bring lived experience of high-performance sport culture alongside evidence-based clinical training.

My work integrates EMDR (Eye Movememt Desentization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), to support athletes navigating trauma, addiction, identity transitions, and performance pressure and problems, including the yips and athlete's seeking performance enhancement with brain based treatment modalities. This work helps athletes and coaches move from survival-driven performance to integrated wellbeing. I am continually looking for new teammates to collaborate and partner together. Feeling honored to attend this conference for a second year and look forward to connecting and collaborating. Also, I am excited for new learning and partnering to be stronger together!

https://emdrintensivesforathletes.com/

wwdittmar@gmail.com

www.linkedin.com/in/whitney-dittmar-1a

Hi, I’m Reed Ronan, therapist and founder of Ronan Neurofeedback and Counseling. I work primarily with athletes, helping them navigate performance anxiety, identity shifts, depression, injury recovery, and the pressure of competition. I combine traditional counseling with in-person and remote neurofeedback to train the brain for resilience, focus, and emotional regulation. I also play rugby locally, and have played for over 15 years, which keeps me grounded in the athlete experience beyond the therapy room.
