I learned that there is a 10 way to have a better conversation. Mastering even one of these skills can indeed help you have more meaningful and engaging conversations.

And we should always be accountable in work, take ownership to help our clients because by taking ownership, you demonstrate a proactive approach to addressing challenges and delivering results, which can ultimately benefit both you and your clients.

I've learnt about the different States in the US and the different Timezones depending on its respective regions. Also the importance of having Personal Accountability, and it's observable behaviors. Lastly, the how valuable conversation is to the success of every business especially to our clients.

My takeaway for today is to ensure that we leave customer with an effortless interaction. Making sure that we take accountability for all of our actions as this is not just for our customers, this would also mean we are hitting two birds with one stone as this will also help us improve in our daily lives. A good open communication is also a key to be able to resolve our clients concerns.

I learned about the 3 approaches that we can use once we speak with the clients and those are Consultative, Positive Statement & Proactive Approach. These approaches reduces the client's effort that leads to many great results in the business. Related also to this is the last discussion that we have regarding the Personal Accountability and Creating Meaningful Conversations that will help us moving forward, and it's not just apply in our relationship with the clients but also our relationships with the team.

I learned about the US culture, US geography and timezones. It is important as it can contribute on how we can interact with the clients and being cautious on the things that we are going to say or share since we have totally different geographic features and culture.

I liked the sharing of thoughts and ideas in our team or session. We learned from each other and will be able to capture the good practices particularly when it comes to being accountable and having a better conversations which we will apply along our journey.

I learned that personal accountability is the active practice of taking owenership, setting smart goals, tracking progress, owning missteps, and iterating with the support of feedback or tools. It's less about being perfect and more about being purposefully responsive and growth.

What are things that I learn from this sessions are:

different time zones in USA, w/c give us an idea regarding the time interval in US geography.

In today's lesson , what i love is the deeper meaning of accountability, how are you going to personalized it, cause i can also apply it to my everyday life not just in work, also the US time, on how are you going to address the customer about it cause they have 6 time zone. American business culture how they think and how they want to be pronoun. Overall its a good and knowledgable experience today
