In the video he shares his experiences through his career and how he created his own success.

What I was able to take from watching this video, was that in order to develop a "Growth Mindset" for future success, I first needed to believe I could. He explains meta-cognitive strategies he used to change the outcome of his life, as well as demonstrates an understanding of how he thinks.

I will use this information for success in life as I will constantly look at myself to remain aware of how I think about things.

Striving for accuracy is a habit of mind that is critical to success. To be a true expert in any classroom or field, one must strive to be exact and precise in all aspects of the task(s) at hand. Failing or choosing not to do so or choosing speed over accuracy, will result in an inept level of skill in the craft and could be an indicator of a failure of striving for accuracy in many different areas in life.
