         <description><![CDATA[<div>We feel pain so we know not to do the action that caused us pain. <br>When you hurt yourself the inflammation or the place that you hurt yourself the automatic response is to release pain receptors. <br>These receptors send the "Ouch that hurts" message to the spinal cord and the spinal cord carries it to the brain.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Different Pain Levels</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are many different levels of pain.<br>Some pain is just temporary and heals generally fast. You may drop something heavy on your foot but the pain will go away in an hour or two. While if you break your arm the pain is still temporary but will last longer than your foot injury.<br>Long term pain is called chronic pain. <br>Chronic pain is usually caused by a disorder such as Arthritis and  Fibrillation and is treated with long term medication or therapy. While acute pain is when its short term, such as stubbing your toe. After the injury has healed you don't need any further treatment. <br><br></div>]]></description>

This causes the appearance of a black and blue spot on the skin. Bruises usually heal within two to four weeks. Bruises often turn different colors such as blue, purple, red, and yellow. </div>]]></description>
