The small group session on wellness and wellbeing was fruitful as one could share with ease what wellness is for me. Wellness is the Little moments of happiness and positivity. Some fun activities art / music / pottery/ theatre etc  at the end of the day can also be cathartic . for teachers .Art immersion is in itself connection with self and well being for human mind </div>]]></description>

I learnt that it is imperative to not take the stereotypes for granted and build empathy.For example, instead of referring to parents as 'Mother 'and ' Father ' in the admission form, we could write Parent 1 and Parent 2.<br><br>3. I personally love indulging in deep relaxation&nbsp; by means of getting a good body massage, head massage with cold pressed coconut oil warmed up a bit , a luxurious pedicure etc. These build a sense of wellness in me and make me feel rejuvenated.<br><br>4. The entire team of SNS across the three campus can be taken for a recreational activity like a movie or a short trip to actually make them experience ' wellness' at workplace too!</div>]]></description>
