         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Speed is the ability to perform a movement in the shortest time frame weather it be a sprint, kicking/throwing a ball, or any other physical movement.<br><br>2. Speed is important because if a player is faster then it gives them the instant advantage and doing speed building exercises can also increase the stamina of the player, resulting in them being faster for longer giving them the ultimate advantage.<br><br>3. One exercise that builds speed is hill sprints because you will be not only practicing your running, but also building stamina, endurance, and speed.</div>]]></description>
