In the beginning it is confusing because Lockhart doesn't give us background until towards the middle of the book. But after I got through the confusing parts, everything started to come together. Although the whole book was good, the last 10 pages is where everything happened. We Were Liars, is a very easy book to read but it still provides thrilling parts to make the book worth reading.
