What about that small conference room on the 3rd floor of Muntz (the one with the brick wall- in the office suite). Is that used much? 

In the past that was held for adjuncts.  We were not even allowed to reserve it.  However, it is also very small and has very limited tech.  (no projector, etc.)  It is almost office size.

UC Ethics Center gets funding under Next Lives Here (urban futures 'path' or whatever one calls it). We got funding for an executive director and a program manager. Obviously smaller scale here, but possible precedent for help with $$, whether administrative support, honoraria, etc.
