Relevance of Ideas by loren yarte

A good paragraph must contain sentences that are related to the main topic of the paragraph. The sentences that are to be included must support the topic sentence of the paragraph. Hence, the topic sentence sets up the main idea while the rest of the sentences provide details that support or explain the main idea. If you see or read a sentence that does not seem to be related to the topic sentence, it is probably an irrelevant idea.

Haji is a junior photographer, she loves taking photos of different kinds of subjects. Haji finds photography a comfort place to her. One day her mom assigned her to take pictures at a local event, just so she could enjoy and improve her photography skills. Haji agreed and she walked in the event feeling anxious, because this was her first time taking pictures at a local event. Haji is usually the type of child who's hard to communicate and barely talks to people around her, but that was the old her. She's know determined to talk and take pictures to people in the local, not just to improve her social skills but to make her mom proud. Haji took as many pictures at the event, respecting and talking to strangers, and asking each one of them if she could take a picture of them and it was a success. As Haji walked home, she was happy how her day turned out as her journey of being a photographer was slowly coming.

(audrey isabel elevado :3 / 9 - ABUEVA)

"A photographer"

Once upon a time in the modest town of Willowbrook, there lived a phototechnical called Maya. And where did she without the camera and the lens? Indeed, Maya had a unique ability to capture the moments – short, instantaneous, but containing within themselves everything that is most precious in life. Maya’s passion for capturing these rare glimpses of special time began when she received her first real camera from her grandfather for his birthday. This gift changed her perception of the world – she began to see her native city differently, to see wonders. Therefore, armed with a camera she collected, Maya began capturing moments where everyone else breathed. That’s how she found her special vision in life: she walking down city streets.

There once was a girl named Luna. Luna lives with her grandmother, they live near the beach. The two of them only have each other as Luna is an orphan. Having no siblings nor parents, Luna tends to entertain herself by playing with the sand. Writing names and drawing pictures on the sand. She has quite a lonely life, but she always thinks to herself that a quiet and peaceful life with her grandmother whom she loves the most is better than anything else in the world.

One afternoon as the sun was setting, her grandmother called off Luna to go home together with her to eat. As Luna was walking, A cold breeze of wind reaches her. She paused for a minute, listening to the ripples of the waves in the vast ocean.

Looking at the endless waves, Luna suddenly tears up thinking to herself “This life of mine is worth living if i always get to listen to these calming waves of the sea.” Growing up, Luna always thinks that her life has was not valued because of being abandoned by her parents. That was until her grandmother found her and took her home to take care of her. Her grandmother served as her guardian and always made Luna felt the love she never received from anyone else. The sea and her grandmother means a lot to her as they were the ones that gave Luna the comfort she always longs for while growing up. Little drops of tears flowed from her eyes, Luna zones back up and wipes her tears. Smiling, she runs up to her grandmother and hugs her tight with a grateful smile on her face.

The two of them walks alongside the shore on the way home to enjoy dinner while the sun was setting. They were not the richest, nor were they the most powerful, but they were the most essential. They were the street cleaners, the maintenance workers, the garbage collectors the unseen heroes of the city.

Every morning, as the city was still asleep, they would begin their work. They cleaned the streets, fixed the broken lights, and collected the garbage, making the city presentable and livable for its inhabitants. They worked in the shadows, unnoticed and unappreciated, but they took pride in their work, knowing that they were making a difference.

One day, a massive storm hit Metropolis. The city was in chaos, with debris littering the streets and buildings damaged. The inhabitants were scared and helpless. But amidst the chaos, the unseen heroes rose to the occasion.

They worked tirelessly, clearing the streets, repairing the damages, and restoring order in the city. They braved the storm, putting their lives at risk for the sake of the city they loved. Their efforts did not go unnoticed this time. The inhabitants of Metropolis saw their dedication and bravery and started to appreciate them.

After the storm, a celebration was held in honor of these unseen heroes. The city's inhabitants came together to express their gratitude for their hard work and dedication. The unseen heroes were no longer unseen. They were recognized and appreciated for their efforts.

From that day forward, the inhabitants of Metropolis started to see the unseen heroes in a new light. They realized that these individuals were the backbone of their city, working tirelessly to ensure their comfort and safety.

Chapter- 1

Once upon a time there lived 2 friends named Cassy and Katie. The world they lived in was getting attacked by many zombies. They were everywhere. Katie and Cassy ran into their tree house and hid in there for months. After a while they thought why not just go out and see how to world is now.

Chapter- 2

Both of them stepped out of the tree house and saw many zombies and everything was burned down. “We have missed a lot! Look at this place! It’s all burned down!” said Katie. “Yeah… Want to look around? We need to be really careful while walking around because there are so many zombies! We don’t want to be zombie food! Eww!” said Cassy. “Yes, let’s do it! First I’ll go down then you come behind me.” Said Katie. They both climbed down the tree house ladder slowly.

Chapter- 3

“Wow! It is really empty out here! I wonder if we are the last people in this world!” said Cassy. “Well, we might be! Let’s look around!” said Katie. “I can see no-one at all here! It actually feels like we are the last humans here!” said Cassy. “Yeah! There is no-one here! I will go to all the stores and Cassy go to all the restaurants!” said Katie. “I am hungry so sure!” said Cassy. “Come on! You’re not eating any food there! You never know, it can have poison in it!” said Katie. “Yeah, yeah. I won’t!” said Cassy. “Okay! Now let’s start! Call me if you find anything!” said Katie.

Chapter- 4

Both of them quietly walked away to explore how their world looked now. Cassy walked into a restaurant. All she could see is food on the walls, floor and ceiling! Just then she hears a noise! “Ouch! Ouch!” it said. Cassy slowly walked towards that sound and saw a huge caterpillar on the ground. “A-a-are you okay?” she asked politely. “Not really… One of the zombie bit me and it hurts a lot! I thought that this is a safe place to come and relax.” Said the huge caterpillar. “Oh! That’s bad! I have some medicines in my bag! Do you mind if I put one of them on you?” asked Cassy. “Oh yes sure! Thank you!” said the huge caterpillar. Cassy takes out a cream and gently puts it on the caterpillar’s body. “It feels much better now! Thank you so much! What’s your name?” said the huge caterpillar. “Oh no problem! I’m Cassy!” said Cassy. “I need to go now! I’m happy I helped you! Bye!!” said Cassy and left.

Chapter- 5

Katie was walking into one of the furniture stores. All the sofas and tables there were broken. “This place is a big mess!” said Katie to herself. “Yes, the indeed are.” Said a strange voice. “Umm... Who is here? Who was that!” said Katie. It was a huge robot getting controlled by a zombie! “Wow! I have never seen anything so cool in my life ever!” said Katie not even scared. The robot started destroying everything there! “Okay! Now I’m scared!” said Katie. She ran all around the store and the robot was still following her. “Boo!” said the strange robot. But! The person who was controlling the robot was actually just Cassy pulling a prank on Katie! “Hahaha got you!” said Cassy. “Oh my god! Cassy! I got so scared! This was not the correct time to prank me!” said Katie.

Chapter- 6

“Wait! Katie! Look! It’s some sort of radio! What if we can talk to people from here!” said Cassy. “Woah! What is this?” said Katie. Cassy picked it up and heard someone speaking. But the voice was breaking so they couldn’t hear them properly. “Helloooo? Anyone there?” said Katie. Both of them really wanted to meet someone. They were feeling very lonely there all alone. They knew that they wouldn’t be able to communicate with the person on the radio, so they just walked away. Cassy looked back and took the radio along with them. She knew that at least some day they would be able to communicate with them.

Chapter- 7

After a few weeks they heard someone say “Come to the nearest river you can find! I will be there! Come fast!” “Katie! Katie! Someone just told us to come to the nearest river we can find! It was from the radio! We can find new friends!” said Cassy. “OMG! Let’s quickly go!” said Katie. Both of them ran to the closest river to their tree house. “Hello? Anyone here?” said a voice. “Did you hear that?” asked Katie. “Yes! I did! Let’s respond!” said Cassy. “Yes? Hello! We are here! From the radio!” said Cassy. A person walked to them. They couldn’t believe who it was! It was one of their really old friend from school! “Jasmine! What are you doing here?” asked Katie. “Katie? Cassy! It has been so long! I was living in our school for the past year not knowing anyone would be alive! I found this radio, so I decided to pick it up!” said Jasmine (their old friend). “Wow!” said Cassy. “At-least we have company now! Jasmine why don’t you come and live with us in our tree house!” said Katie. “Wow thank you! Sure!” said Jasmine. They all moved in together and had a lot of fun! They also made friends with some zombies!

THE END!

Estelle Joyce Ella

9-Abueva

Hello everyone, My name is Patricia and I would like to tell you all my story.

One day, I was shooting my daily blog. And I smell smoke!

"What could that even be?" I tell myself.

I walk outside to my neighbors house, and their whole shed is on fire! And somebody that looks like me had done it. I stare in shock as the police and fire department arrive and the strange criminal runs away!

The police are talking to my neighbors and the police ask for the description of the person.

"That young lady over there! She lit my house on fire! " the neighbor said in pure rage.

I hear a sudden giggle from on the porch! It's Mia!

Mia had the same outfit I did on, and looks exactly like me.

And she has my phone!

"I'm going to tell all of your fans that you committed arson!

" She chuckles.

" Mia! No!" I scream.

The police walk closer, and closer. And next thing you know I'm in hand cuffs. The police drive me away, I'm sobbing. I will have to serve 8 years in the county jail.

I'm a week into my prison sentence! I'm so mad that Mia would do such a horrible thing.

I see a young man come into the jail cell with me. He's so handsome!

"Omg.. hottie "I say accidently.

He turns his head, and gives me a glare. Then continues whatever he was doing.

A couple hours later, It's about midnight now. I'm lying in bed and the guy comes over and kissed me!

"Hey! " I scream

" Hey cutie.." he replies

"I don't even know your name, besides I'm the one and only famous blogger, Patricia.aesthetic.blogz. And I can't be seen with a criminal! "

"Aren't you a criminal? " he replies in disbelief.

"No! My sister committed this crime, pretending to be me!

He chuckles.

"Nice cover up but the cops won't believe you."

The next day, I remember something very important. I was blogging at the time it was set on fire! And all my 10 million viewers saw the fire!

I ask to talk to the sheriff.

Now, I'm in his office and guess what!

It's the boy that was in the cell with me! He was 20, the same age as me.

He looks at me and knows I did not do it, my sister did.

" But I need proof! My blog shows it all! Go to 30:26 you can see the fire that's she is setting!"

" This girl needs to spend twice the time as you, for impersonation and for arson! " he says in a deep voice.

I dive over the desk and kiss him!

"let's go get that arsonist! " he says with determanation

We arrive at my house.

My boyfriend bangs on the door.

My sister opens it!

"your under arrest for fraud, and stealing!" that's how my evil sister, tried to steal my fame.

The Musical Journey of Liam

Once upon a time there was a young man named Liam. Liam was known throughout his small town for his incredible musical talent. He could play any instrument he picked up, but his true love was the guitar. Liam would often sit by the seashore, his fingers dancing on the strings of his guitar, creating melodies that echoed the rhythm of the waves. His music was so beautiful that it would draw crowds from all around, their hearts touched by the emotion in each note. One day, a famous music producer was passing through the town and heard Liam's music. He was so impressed that he offered Liam a chance to record an album in the city. It was an opportunity of a lifetime, but it also meant leaving his home and the people he loved.

After much thought, Liam decided to take the offer. He moved to the city and started recording his music. His album was a huge success, and he became a well-known musician throughout the country. But despite his fame, he never forgot his roots. He used his success to improve his hometown, building a music school for the local children. He would often return to teach classes, inspiring the next generation with his love for music. Liam's story is a reminder that no matter where life takes us, we should never forget where we came from. And as for Liam, he continues to play his guitar by the seashore, his music a testament to his journey.

Once upon a time, there lived a girl named Layla who had a deep love for dancing. Layla, who was currently a Grade 9 student at Vinzons Pilot High School, eagerly looked forward to the school's intramural activities. The intramurals consisted of various sports, including volleyball, badminton, and a mass demonstration. Layla actively participated in the mass demonstration and dedicated herself to daily practices, even though they often left her feeling tired.

The next day, Layla and her teammates gathered at Covered Court 2 for their regular practice session. Layla's passion for dancing was evident as she displayed boundless energy and enthusiasm. Suddenly, a man named Ronald approached her. Ronald, one of her teachers, called her over, filling Layla with a mix of nerves and anticipation. After practice, Ronald called Layla over again, this time accompanied by a man named Harold. To Layla's surprise, Ronald and Harold informed her that she and Harold had been selected to participate in the dance sports competition. Layla, unsure of her own abilities, had never imagined she would have the opportunity to participate.

From that day on, Layla and Harold began practicing diligently every day to prepare for the upcoming competition. On the day of the competition, Layla felt a surge of nervousness as it was her first time participating in such an event. However, her determination and passion far outweighed her nerves. As they took their position in the middle of the dance floor, Layla and Harold suddenly forgot the next step they had learned. The nerves had gotten the best of them. However, they pushed through despite their temporary lapse, and continued their routine. Although their opponents were skilled, Layla and Harold's performance fell short of their expectations. Harold struggled to carry Layla properly, leading to difficulties in executing the choreography. Nevertheless, Layla did not hold any anger towards her partner; instead, she empathized and understood the challenges they faced.

Layla and Harold, unfortunately, did not secure a place in the competition. Layla couldn't help but feel a sense of sadness; however, she maintained her positive outlook. She accepted the outcome and made a promise to herself to work harder and improve for future opportunities. Layla's resilience and determination would serve as her motivation to become better next time.

There was a girl named Hannah, Hannah was a bookworm, she loved reading passionately, often immersing herself in books for hours on end. For now, Hannah is browsing on the internet to look for new novels to read. She then surpassed a certain novel, she was curious about it and then researched some details of it.

One day, she decided to go to the library to look for the book she checked out yesterday. After some time of looking, she had found what she wanted and tried reaching out for it. Although Hannah is not a very tall girl, so she had a hard time reaching for it. Suddenly she felt a tall presence behind her that reached out the book for her. She was flabbergasted because of how close they were. The tall latter then walked away and left Hannah dumbfounded. Hannah just decided to brush it off of her mind and go home with the book she wanted.

The following morning, Hannah had finished the novel she got, so she went off to go back to the library once again. As she was walking to reach her destination a random guy called her and handed her a letter. She decided to open it once she was in the library. She then reached her harbour, took a sit at her local reading spot and then opened the letter. She reads what's in it and it says, "Look behind you ;)" She got a little scared because of how the sentence was stated. But she's gonna do it anyway. As she was looking back, with the slightest hesitation, she saw a good-looking guy waving at her. The guy then called her to sit next to him. The latter introduced himself that he was the one who reached out the book for her. Hannah was feeling shy and thanked him. The guy said that ever since he saw Hannah in this library he was starstruck by her so the time Hannah was reaching the book he took the opportunity to do the move. Hannah got confused because she assumed that the random guy who gave her the letter was the one to reach the book. Turns out it was the guy's friend. So then they talked and got to know eachother.

The end.lol. ;')

By: Johnnalyn Jalina// 9 - Abueva (~￣³￣)~

I hate this, I hate being like this. I never knew myself I never understood to fully know myself at all, every day I live I just get distant and distant from the memories that have been corrupting my mind. And I hate it. I never knew what to do, I wanted to sleep it all off but at the same time I couldn't sleep. As if this one corrupted space in my mind kept on growing and growing until it fully consumed my senses. Not only that, I have trouble controlling my emotions at all. I've been trying my very best to fix myself and my emotions yet nothing seems to work. I don't know what to do. The process of me having these ridiculous emotions drives a lot of important people away, to the point I kept on thinking it was making them terrified of me..and I hate every single moment of it.. Nothing seemed to work as I tried to fix myself every time. Each one of my problems I fixed, the other one gets broken down. The cycle just keeps on repeating and repeating and repeating and repeating. I'm really going insane. My life is ruined I'm for sure aware.. And there's nothing I can do about it but to suck it up. It's like a never ending karma that cycles around each of my daily life and is forever gonna be corrupted, and never fixed again.

(this is a personal experience, I'm very sorry if it's very triggering :')) )

Activity 3

Andrei N. Azur (9-heroic)

       Love and sacrifice

Once apon a time there was a couple named Jane and Julian . One night when they were talking about their prized possessions, Jane got her jewelry box from her dresser and brought it to Julian and pulled out a necklace. "This is my favorite necklace, it belonged to my mother. She gave it to me as a ferwell gift before I left my home country. Too bad the chain broke a long time ago." Said Jane as she looked at the necklace, her head filled with the memories of her mother. "What about you? Do you have any special possessions?" She asked to her lover. "Yes actually. " Replied Julian, then Julian went to his room, when he came back, he was holding a guitar. "This guitar was from my Father. I used to love it when he played songs when I was a child, he used to teach me how to play until, he passed away. It's so old the strings started to rust. I wish I could play with it again." The atmosphere turned dreary for a little, before Jane suggested to Julian that it's time for bed.

In the middle of the night Jane couldn't sleep because she was too busy thinking about what she's gonna gift her lover because there anniversary is in a few days. Then suddenly Jane got an idea, she remembered about Julian's old guitar. "Julian really love's his Father's old guitar, and he really wants to play with it again but the strings got rusty. So I'm going to buy him a new set of strings. " Jane thought to her self as she drifted to sleep.

As the sun rose so did Jane, she got up and got ready to go to the guitar shop. At the Guitar Shop Jane was browsing through the items. The Shop Keeper saw Jane and went to her to ask her if she needs any help. "Is there anything you need help with? There are many item's here if you need something for your guitar. Guitar picks, strings, and many more." Asked the Shop Keeper. " Really want this guitar string. But it's so expensive." Said Jane. Jane and Julian aren't the wealthiest but Jane got an idea. "How about we make a trade?" Jane asked to the Shop Keeper "I'll trade you my necklace for the strings" Jane offered. The Shop Keeper was hesitant at first but he inevitably agreed to the trade. Jane was a little sad when she traded her mother's necklace, but she knew that it was worth it just to make her lover happy. And she believed that if Julian was in her shoes he would do the same thing.

At the day of their anniversary, Jane and Julian went on a candle lit dinner in a restaurant. When they finished their food Julian announced to Jane that it's time for them to exchange gifts. Jane gave her gift to Julian with a grin on her face, as did Julian. As Julian opened his gift, "Guitar strings for my guitar. " His voice sounded excited at first and then slowly sounding Disappointed. "What's wrong? Don't you like your gift" Asked Jane with a worried tone. "No, I love it... it's just that... I sold my guitar to buy you your gift." Replied Julian, his voice sounding disappointed. As Jane opened her gift she saw that it was a chain for her necklace "It's a brand new chain for my necklace... I also have a confession. I sold my necklace to buy you your gift" Her voice also sounding disappointed. As the two felt upset that their gifts didn't make their lover happy, they both realised that, their partner sold their most prized possession just to make them happy. As the two looked at each other they felt love like they never felt before. "You really love me so much that you would sell your most prized possession just to make me happy?" Said Jane with tears of happiness falling to her cheek. "Of course. Those are just objects that I can replace. But you my love, I can never replace you." Said Julian, his emotions pouring from his heart. At the of their date they went home. With their strong love for each other they will surely will happily ever after.

          THE END❤

"Six Years of Admiration"

Here is a story about Ally and Enzo, where Ally has admired Enzo for 6 years, and decides to finally confess her feelings to him:

Ally has been secretly admiring Enzo for the past 6 years. They went to the same high school, but rarely interacted due to their different social circles.

One day, Ally is walking down the hallway with her friends when they spot Enzo up ahead. Ally can't help but steal a glance in his direction, her heart fluttering. Her friends immediately notice and start teasing her about her obvious crush.

Enzo happens to overhear the conversation. He's surprised to learn that Ally, a girl he's always found intriguing but never had the courage to approach, has been catching feelings for him all this time.

Later that day, Ally can't stop thinking about the encounter. She realizes that she can no longer keep her feelings bottled up. Mustering up her courage, she decides to finally confess to Enzo.

Ally approaches Enzo in the hallway, her palms sweaty. "Enzo, can I talk to you for a minute? There's something I need to tell you."

Enzo turns to face her, his expression curious. "Sure, Ally. What is it?"

Ally takes a deep breath. "I... I've had a crush on you for the past 6 years. I know we've never really talked much, but I just wanted you to know how I feel.

Enzo was initially caught off guard by Ally’s confession. They had never been particularly close, and he wasn’t sure how to respond. Enzo took a deep breath and gently said "Ally, I'm flattered, but I'm not sure I'm ready for a romantic relationship at the moment. We don't know each other very well, and I want to make sure I'm making the right decision."

Ally's heart sink, but she understood and respected Enzo’s honesty. She thanked him for his response and assured him that she would be okay with whatever decision he made. Ally knew that it had taken a lot of courage to confess her feelings, and she was proud of herself for finally taking that step, even if the outcome wasn’t what

she had hoped for.

As Ally and Enzo parted ways, both of them felt a sense of relief and a newfound respect for each other. Ally was grateful that she had finally been able to express her feelings, and Enzo was impressed by her courage and maturity. While the future of their relationship remained uncertain, they both knew that this experience had brought them closer together, even if only in a small way.

CHECKED

Nice story, a matter of acceptance and building courage. One rainy day, Jay and Vijay had to walk to college as usual, and on their way they were discussing what they had learned about atomic theory in college. They differed in their views, which led to sharp discussions between them that reached the use of vulgar vulgar language. In a fit of anger, Jay slapped Vijay, then Vijay was shocked by his friend and got angry and wrote on the sand, "Today my best friend slapped me." Then they both continued walking towards the college in clear silence. On their way they reached the river which was overflowing and they had to cross it, Vijay walked towards the river knowing that he could not swim, he started to drown, and with the force of the water flowing and the flood he felt as if the river would take him forever.

Jocelyn De Leon.

THE STORY SO FAR

Walker's job was to rewrite people's backstories. He had started out forging documents, then moved on to inventing anecdotes for politicians, scripting dates and interviews, that sort of thing.
