And helping doesn’t always have to involve money,  look for opportunities to serve others from the comfort of our own home. 
* I will clean my  closets, and see if I have  any clothes that I can give away or I can donate.
* I will  go through our  household goods, and see if any of it were available to be donated to people in need. 
* I could make  my birthday into a chance to give.
* I will invite my friends to join fundraisings.
* I will use the presence of social media to encourage other people and be inspired to put pantries in their community too.The more pantries there are, the more people could be helped. Seeing acts of generosity has the power to move others to give.
* I know that this Pandemic we're suffering from, has a big impact on the way each of us live, many Filipinos lost their jobs, and because of this, many families experienced poverty.
* I will use my earnings to buy masks, alcohol, rice and canned goods and give it to the pantries. I know that It's not that enough to help all of the people in needs, but I think it's a really big help. Like they say, small actions has a big impact.
* I will share whatever God gave to me and I will say to everyone that, God is always there, just trust him and he will be our light in the darkness.
* I will use my knowledge to teach the youth in our community.

As a great man named Regis Murayi once said  "Part of being a person is about helping others" Helping people is a natural thing for humans, the moment we were born, we help by giving laughter and happiness to our parents, as parents we help our children grow to become respectable adults that help others. During this Pandemic we should all cooperate and join this Community Pantry movement that helps people affected by the Global Pandemic.

There are many ways we can be of help to other people, I as a teenager:                                            
-Can give my allowance that I earn through helping my family to charity funds that help those affected by the Pandemic

-I have played NFT games, where I can play a game to earn money, I can use this to earn more money so I can help by buying clothes, food and basic needs to the people that were affected by the Pandemic

-I can use my Social Media like Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram and the like to spread awareness about the pandemic and the Community Pantry movement.

-I can ask my friends and neighbors to help the Community Pantry movement so they too can spread awareness, help people and be of service to others.

We should all try to be of service to others, even if we cant help everyone, everyone can help each other. A single help you do can spread to millions being helped. Below are sites you can donate to:

However, what might be an inconvenience to us, is crippling to a great amount of people. Ever imagined what the poorest of the poor are up to right now?

That's why we set up a pantry, filled with essentials. Vegetables, Rice, Eggs, Canned Food, Instant Noodles. Throw in some hygiene care in the mix with soap and maybe even facemasks.

It doesn't end with community pantries, if we want it to be better, then we really need to ask for change

- Advocate for better handling of COVID

- Vote proper politicians

- Support various charitable institutions

We must act as the voice for those who can't, that's why we should care.

But this should not be the reason for us to neglect others who are not as fortunate as we are, after all, we have to get through this obstacle together. That is why we have decided to participate in this community pantry so we could help those in need even with the pandemic going on.

There are many ways to help out even during the pandemic

- One of which is through online volunteer or online donation, nowadays there are a lot of people who accept donations through gcash, and many more.

- Or if we don't have money to spare, we could ask for help through social media, there are a lot of donation posts on Facebook, Twitter, etc.

- And probably one of the most important ones, following proper protocol, keep your distance, always be sanitized, and wear you masks.  After all prevention is the best cure.
