First, we have our main photographers,(associates) who you have your option of choosing based on your style. Then we have our inters, who will be at most shoots and who will usually jump in on a few shots for practice and overview. They are being trained everyday and are already excellent photographers. They also do a lot of behind the scenes work, such as handling equipment or helping make the perfect shot. Lots of sessions are done outdoors, in places such as fields, lakes, beaches, or a town. Weather also plays a big part in sessions. Super sunny days are not always preferred because of the intense sun, and cloudy days sometimes seem gloomy. With some editing, we can usually improve the lighting and final product, despite the weather.
