Prior to quarantine, I would always go over to friends houses during weekends or meet you with friends somewhere. But due to these circumstances, I've been working on things to help me become a happier and healthier person. I've been getting more sleep, going weightlifting every day, eating healthier dishes, drinking lots of water, talking to my old friends over the phone, keeping in touch with all of my family, watching movies or shows with my family, and trying to maintain a positive attitude all day. All these things have taken my mind off all these bad things that are going around in the world. Nevertheless, I do watch the news and read a few articles because it's very important to be aware of all the things that are happening across the globe. School work has also been helping me stay in the same routine that we were all in before all of this happened. It also helps my brain keep working so that I don't come out of quarantine forgetting lots of things and having trouble getting back in the rhythm.

I think that people are all holding on to hope in their own way. Some people hold on to hope by just not thinking about the pandemic, some people are patient and believe when the time is right we will be out in the world again, others have discussions about it, and some people just don't have any hope. To hold on to hope, I've been doing everything i need to stay and praying that people will begin to do so for their well being.
