Ajoy Kapila went on to obtain a master of science in electrical engineering from Purdue University Northwest in Hammond, Indiana, and a master of science in IT management from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Over the course of his career, Ajoy Kapila has served tenures as a Corporate Packaging Engineer with the food/consumer products company Helen Curtis/Unilever and an Engineering/Maintenance Manager with the temperature sensitive packaging/refrigerant gel pack company Polar Tech Industries. He currently serves as a Senior Corporate Optimization Engineer with MillerCoors, the second largest brewer in the United States. Outside of the professional arena, Ajoy Kapila is an avid automobile enthusiast who regularly follows the global Formula One racing circuit and loves to work on his 1967 Mustang.
