 People skills are very important to have as a bus driver to help you better understand the needs of passenger and how to accommodate them. A great quality to have as a bus driver would be calm headedness it would be very dangerous to have someone with road rage behind the wheel of a bus.


-What do you think the job satisfaction vs. money factor would be for you in this career? 


 I think you would need to be very money hungry for this job because it could be very boring at times


-What do you see as the potential benefits and challenges of working in this career?


 Some benefits are most  bus companies offer great health benefits and have very relaxed hours but some challenges are its very boring and requires lots of patience 


-Describe a volunteer/part-time job experience that would be helpful for someone trying to get into this program to have on their resume


Anything to do with driving would help jobs like cab driver would be good
