There was also chronological because it described events that happened that night in chronological order. The main idea is that there was a man who had fought in the war in Iraq, was saving people's lives by the minute

The larger central idea of this article is that songs get stuck in your head are called "ear worms" and scientists are trying to figure out how they happen and how to get rid of them. One smaller idea of the text is that you can possibly get rid of an ear worm by listening to the full track or doing something that includes language. Another small idea is that songs that we have listened to recently and songs that kind of annoy us are more likely to become ear worms. A third small idea is that most ear worms are just small fragments of songs. In the text, it says "Repetitive listening could also breed ear worms." Which is saying that if you listen to a song four or five times in a row, it is more likely to get stuck in your head.

The main idea of this article is that male birds are more colorful than female birds because it is seen as more attractive and strong to females. One detail found in the article that supports this is in paragraph 4. It says, "Color is important for many reasons. It can aid individuals in recognizing members of their own species. And in species that are not good to eat, colors can provide a warning to potential predators". This says that color can be helpful in protecting the animal from predators and can help the animals identify each other. Another detail is in paragraph 5. The author writes, "The second category is traits that act as ornaments that attract the attention of females, such as long tails on birds." This is a supporting detail because it says that female birds find different traits like long tails and color, attractive.
