I personally have a lot of takeaways. Its hard for me to choose one but if i were to come clean about only one, it would be that i came to realize another side of me that i was not aware of. Im not usually this bubbly or active but somehow, from this programme, i came to a conclusion that i am very optimistic when trying or meeting something or someone new. Which is why im thankful such programmes exist! Thanks for guiding me!

my biggest takeaway from todays learning is that there are many other people whom are participating in this work programme thing with no experience at all, like me. this helps me realise and learn that there are people around that is also willing to go out of their comfort zone to learn something new with a completely different batch of peers. therefore making me learn the many different qualities of different people that would end up coming together with teamwork for this work attachment programme, respect SG.

my biggest takeaway from todays learning is that i learnt that there any many different types of peoples with different traits such as driver, teamwork, taskmaster/action, connectors and thinkers. This also shows what each roles have such as values like competitiveness, achiever, exactness, structure, responsibility and empathy. i can attitude over i can’t attitude!

this values shows what type of person you are whether its in school, work or life. this physical triats are unique and not everyone have the same traits.

Not many people are truly self aware. We may think we know but actually we don't know much and that also leaves room for improvement and learning. We all have different perspectives and getting to know them and understanding others, allows for a better workplace environment. We have to be hospitable.
