My name is Samantha Armstrong I am 24 years old I am original from California, and I moved out to Florida when I was a senior in high school. I have been waiting to dive into this course for weeks and am ready to get started. I have been doing laps around in my head to wrap my brain around what I am going to learn in 7 weeks. I have been writing freestyle to help prepare me for this course when it comes to writing. I look forward to learning a lot in this course, and I would like to apply what I learn here to my job right now. I feel that these 7 weeks are going to float by so fast that that we are going to drift off each topic so fast every week. My family and friends would describe me as headstrong, smart, fast learner, and creative.

They are many ways of a company can go diverse, but is always to go as diverse as you can, for example in the cartoon they hires 50 students that were all culturally diverse, but they went through only Cambridge schools. They are showing that only Cambridge schools have they types of students they want without giving other schools a second look. This is important to my learning because it shows a great example of who wide diversity can go, for its not just culturally.
