These skills should be fostered across the curriculum. For example, in a social studies class, Kialo could be used for a discussion about how to interpret a historical or current event. Or in a workforce preparation class, it could be used to discuss professional behaviors, such as a claim about how someone should respond during conflict or how they should dress. Information literacy comes in when you require them to back up a claim they make with a link to an article.
