"I spend almost every second of the day doing this. I have this imaginary world in my head that I can escape to when real life gets me down, which is A LOT. I spend over four hours a day pacing my living room while listening to music and envisioning this world. Even when I'm doing tasks, like writing this, I will get glimpses of the world, imaginary conversations, or actions. This isn't psychosis, as I am aware it is in my head, and it isn't an hallucination, before anyone makes those suggestions. Without this, I'd have probably tried to kill myself. Some people take drugs, drink or play games to escape, but I have this world (SaveItForARainyDay17, Reddit)."
