*The French government enforces
certain limits on public and private broadcasters. The reasons behind enforcing
such regulations are protecting the French identity and the diversity of
culture.

&amp;nbsp;*Some of the regulations consists of limiting
the amount of advertising, protecting young viewers from inappropriate material
and pluralism (approaching an event or an idea presented from different point
of views). In France the media control is shared between the government and
private owners, for example, commercial companies. </title>

industrial groups.

         <title>

* The flow of information in French
media is very open given the diversity of the country as long as the
information presented are not harming in anyway the French identity or it is
not presenting anything that is inappropriate for the young viewers.

* As of a perspective matter, there
are many perspectives in French media given that one of the reasons media is
regulated in France is to protect the cultural diversity.

* With diversity different owners
come along which means different ideas, backgrounds and opinions in each matter
presented.

* Also, knowing that France ensures
pluralism in its media proves that there are not only one point of
view/perspective in French media.

* The main factor that affects media
freedom in France are the regulations enforced by the state.
