https://padlet.com/smcc855/8b3vh7qv568z OK, folks, I opened Monday morning and I'm not too pleased with how it was left over the past few days: fliers were a mess in the trays, lights were left on, TV was on, and the heater was LEFT ON ALL WEEKEND. I've noticed that there are only a couple of people who take the time to tidy up the front desk while others don't pay much attention for a number of reasons. We've got to shift our mentality and understand that we are a team. It's never someone else's job. It is OUR duty to make sure fliers are neat, the lights are off when we leave, the TV is off, the heater is off, the desk is clean, the entire front desk area is tidy. Let's dig deeper, try harder, and do better, team. We can do it.
