The Word is divided into different Countries or states.

Forntiers: are the political boundaries of territories and are defined in different ways.

Natural frontiers: are defined by natural reliefs,example:mountain range or rivers...

Political frontiers: artificial frontiers and they are defined by geographical coordinates.
Societies often organise their territory into subdivisions to make a country easier to manage 

WHAT FACTORS AFFECT TERRITORIAL ORGANISATION
When a society  organices it's territories, it has to consider the physical relief of the country in  many cases a society decides to modify the natural envimorent into overcome physical obstacles.
