Students will choose a topic from the provided lists (e.g., Presidents, Historical places, Important people in the history) that they find interesting.

Students are allowed to express their knowledge either through a presentation or writing an essay.

Each student will be given a chance to share their research with the class.

This is a whole unit.

There are two large hand sanitizer bottle. One is colored red for girls and blue for boys.

Whenever a student need to go to the bathroom, he/she doesn't have to ask the teacher. The student will raise his/he hand with two fingers as a sign, then if the teacher allow, he/she can grab the bottle and put on his/her table to indicate that the student went to the bathroom.

The students are encouraged to use the hand sanitizer after getting back from bathroom break.

This does not only avoid class disruption, this also teaches students proper hygiene.

At the beginning of the school year, the teacher establishes classroom rules similar to U.S. Constitution.

Students will brainstorm different rules to implement to maintain the peace and structure of the classroom.

The teacher will assist in wording the rules and putting them in a category.

Set a goal for a maximum of 10 rules.

The teacher will create a student friendly contract that they can understand and sign to give a sense of responsibility.

Whenever a student violates a rule, he/she will fill out a form stating the violation, write he/she can do to improve, and sign it.

A color coded visual aids that shows emotions for students to pick based on how they feel and talk to students on what he/she or the teacher can do to make the day better.

The teacher then will have to check in with the student if he/she still feel the same in the afternoon.

This is a great way to acknowledge student's feelings and work together to make the day productive and better.

The teacher shares the objectives with the students and having the students reword and rewrite it in their own words then put as a display in the classroom.
