changes i would make-

make personal relationships with house members so they feel comfortable to talk during the meeting

get the house teachers involved more but without them controlling too much

It would be more engaging if we included fun facts and discussed about an important incidents.

🟢: she is responsible, and a person you can talk to when encountering any issues. 

🟡: she makes sure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities towards the house

🔴:  she knows what she has to do to bring the house together.

My opinion on the house captain -
  • it would be nice if she made an environment that makes people want to involve in the discussions and activities. 
  • overall she is a great leader. she has been there to prompt each and everyone towards contributing to the house.

He/she treats all his/her students with equality and does not give opportunity to only his/her friends.

    If there could be a change  in the way the leader manages the students, I would prefer the leader to not make the room a serious meeting and give out stern vibes. 
    We all attend classes everyday regularly  and once a week comes house meeting. We would all want to see something different than our everyday classes.
