At ACAP I teach the first unit of the degree Preparation for Academic Skills.  I have been researching various websites and grammar assisting sites with the aim of pointing students to some external sites to add to the excellent Navitas Student Learning Services site.  The idea is that the student starts reading and exploring one site will link them to further sites and information.    Generally we depend on tacit knowledge with grammar and punctuation.  When it comes to academic writing we begin to second guess ourselves, so it is useful to refresh the facts.
