Whatever your goal, gaining muscle, gaining strength, or even losing fat, a full-body routine can go a long way towards  achieving this.<br><br></div><pre>Some of the exercises that are usually done in this session are: Side plank: This exercise works the abdomen, hips, gluteus, lower back and the obliques that are the muscles next to the abdomen,Squats,and some exercises to work the legs and the back.

The objective of the full body cardio routine is to train 5 days a week.

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello, today I'm going to talk about the exercise I normally do with my sister Paula:<br><br>First we start doing the video of the Patri's full body cardio, where we do exercises such as: squats with jumps, side plank, side plank  doing exercises with the feet, arm, superman, butt lift (squeezing) ... And this lasts for about 35 minutes.<br>Then I do a turbofausto where I work the abdomen and the fat on the sides. We do exercises like abdominals, scissors, skipping etc<br>And finally I make a tabata where I give it some welly for 9 minutes.<br>I hope you liked the exercises I do with my sister, I recommend you do them because they are very good<br><br></div>]]></description>

When the weather is good, I go with my cousin to the hill to take a walk with the dogs. Sometimes in the garden of my house I play badminton with my cousins. So many times my family and I go to our plantation to take a walk and play with the dogs.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Hi , today I´m going to talk about other forms of exercise to do during this lockdown .<br><br>For me it is important to follow a small routine to adapt  our bodies to the new situation , so please don´t be ridiculous  . If you don´t have garden or gimnastic utensils you can try to adapt bottles with sand to create gym weights . In my case I don´t like indoor exercise so I prefer to go for a walk with my family or maybe with the bicycle . Whatever you like , execise is always a good way to keep healthy , fit and relieve stress. <br>                    Diego Calviño  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To be healthy and full of vitality during quarantine, it is important to take time to think and relax.
