 dedicated to the Virgin Mary, patron saint of Asturias and Spain. Among many others. Here the forest of the Atlantic type abounds, leafy, full of oaks, beeches, ash trees, chestnut trees... Location: Oviedo, Asturias.In wooded areas we also find deer, wild boar or roe deer... It is not the biggest park, but it is bigger than others like: Ordesa and Monte Perdido...It is not the one with the most species either, but it does have more than other parks such as: Teide.

Cabañeros is in Ciudad Real and Toledo (Spain).
In "National Park Cabañeros" you can do some great activities: ride a mountain bike, kayak, exiting paintball, horse trails, hiking and archery.
Besides, you can find diferents animals like: golden eagle who is bigger than black vulture, lynx, deer, etc.
There are about 1000 species of plants: holm oak, cork oak, gall...
Finally, you can visit some beautiful places like the Mediterrranean forest, museums, towns and viewpoints.
Cabañeros is the least visited park in Spain.
