         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Accessibility is for everyone!</strong><br>Improving accessibility of your content can not only help students with various learning needs, but also in certain situations such as:</div><ul><li>Limited internet access can prevent visually heavy material from displaying properly. Providing alternative texts allows students with poor connection to still access the learning material.&nbsp;</li><li>Providing captions/transcripts for videos can help students trying to study in noisy environments or learners of English as a second language.</li><li>Formatting and structuring your content so that it can be read by Immersive Reader will allow students to listen to the content (e.g. during their commute or giving their eyes a rest).</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Difference between "Shift + Enter" and "Enter"<br>1. Pressing <strong>Enter</strong>:</div><ul><li>tells "your computer" (Rich Content Editor/MS Word) to create a new paragraph. Its default behaviour is to then put a gap between the two lines.</li></ul><div><br></div><div>2. Pressing <strong>Shift + Enter</strong>:&nbsp;</div><ul><li>tells "your computer" to go down a line, but this doesn’t create the gap between two lines like <strong>Enter</strong> does. &nbsp;</li></ul><div><br>Therefore, please make sure you have created a paragraph (by pressing Enter) when you change the heading style. Otherwise, the whole paragraph will be changed to the heading style you choose. <strong><br><br></strong>It also applies to other format changes, such as alignment, order and increase/decrease indent.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
