Only allow 12 grades to be able to go to the cafeteria or gym during x block if they are not failing any class and make all other grades choose where they will go. This will be a privilege for the 12th graders.

Stop making teachers select students and allow them to have more choice to go where they need to go. It makes no sense for a teacher to choose students when they don't need them and another teacher does. And stop assigning students to teachers. We might have an exam that we are doing with students and do not need more students in the room.

Please avoid assigning students to teachers, especially when the teacher has already called the students who need reassessment or reteaching, as it complicates both activities. Additionally, allow students to choose their classes for the second part of the X-block if they have completed their pending tasks during the first part of the session.

Promote responsibility both in students and teachers brings the duties that correspond to the Xblock. In addition, create possible spaces where students have supervision and activities are done for the use of time.

Diversify X-block possibilities. This, understanding both teachers and students are leaders of the time/space. If x-block purpose is purely academic, then let's prioritize academic processes; If safety and discipline are first, clarify the expectations so teachers can participate in a more conscious manner.

Creo que un X-block que nos puede ayudar mucho es que cuando escogemos nuestros estudiantes es porque realmente los necesitamos, creo que podemos pensar mejor en bloquear la celda de cada profesor cuando llegue a su limite de estudiantes escogidos y asi no permitir cambios entre primer y segundo fragemento del xblock, ademas crear una sala de estudio para los estudiantes que no son asignados seria mas provechoso, este puede ser rotativo o fijo.

Xblock is very chaotic reassigning students and then having students show up to random classes. It then becomes the xblock teachers job to reassign students that came to them (and sometimes they are not even the teachers student - they are just following their friends.). Having students already randomly assigned makes this even more complicated especially becuase this year our advisory students are not neccesarily our students.
