Y@W Challenges/priorities adressed:
Engage, Connect and Empower are the key words of the EU Youth Strategy. One of the challenges that in my opinion Y@W will face and should address in the next year is the engagement of young people in actions that can change the local community in which they leave. If we succeed in making young people understand the potential they have as change makers, this will also empower them equipping with competences and tools to foster their personal and professional development.

Impact expected:
- creation of collaboration between policy makers and youth workers/youth NGOs
- increase youth trust in public institutions
- increase motivation and engagement of participants

Aim: To approach the Competence Model for Youth Workers to Work Internationally and co- create non formal education tools and games for promoting entrepreneurship based in this competence model.

 

 

Short Description of the proposal:

 

Raising awareness of Competence Model for Youth Workers to Work Internationally, learning mobility and to the competences of youth: Behaviour , knowledge, skills, attitudes

Reflexing about Competence development and transformation plan: bringing it back to practice.

Exchanging existing practise in international youth work – based on professional self-assessment and experiences.

Co-creating non formal education tools and games
