Victor has a stutter.  At the beginning of July his best friend Art went to his cousins farm for the month, and Victor had to take over his newspaper route. While on the route Victor meets Mr. Spiro and Mrs. Worthington. One day Victor gives his knife to Ara T to sharpen it, and Ara T never gives it back. At the end Mam and Victor go to get all of Victor's stuff back, and Ara T will never be able to mess with them again.  </div>]]></description>
