         <description><![CDATA[<div>The SAMR framework is sometimes thought of as a mountain to the summit, but it’s really more like a toolbox. The goal isn’t to use the most sophisticated tool, but to find the right one for the job.<br>Always consider whether or not the technology improves the learning process. &nbsp; If the learning process is enhanced through the use of technology, then it’s appropriate to use – if not, more traditional (analogue) methods can work just as well (if not better).<br>Collaboration is extremely important, particularly if you’re looking at learning from a social constructivist perspective.&nbsp; Consider how you can use technology to facilitate collaboration.<br>Ensure that you use technology to expose students to the outside world.&nbsp; This not only helps to improve their cultural understanding and international-mindedness, but it can also be great for building key literacy skills.</div>]]></description>

By applying this framework, students are enabled to participate in their learning with multiple ways, and in general it helps them to link their knowledge with daily practice.&nbsp;<br>Instead of referring it as disagreements, I'd rather state them as concerns: In the example the material gave us, students are eventually able to collaborate globally and attend some video conferences. Due to the income inequality and the unbalanced resources distribution around the world, this kind of profound effects cannot be achieved by most of learners. That's why I think in reality redefinition is hard to realize.</div>]]></description>
