I think that their language is from a lower class type because most of the time they swear, use slang  and sometimes abreaviate they’re words of don’t really include grammar when they’re having conversations or just in general. Some quotes to show this for example on page 22 George stated “sure. Ya see the stable buck’s a ni**er” another quote is on page 28 “we jus’ come in”. This may not be all the evidence but from these quotes you can see that they do not really talk formally unlike if a person was to get a job in a formal way of speaking with good grammar and “shortcuts”
