There is a health gradient now where people living in deprivation are much more likely to spend their lives in ill health- increasing privatisation allows doctors to prioritise money (and hence the welfare of the rich) over public health</div>]]></description>

         <title>Its not that simple because on one hand, with the NHS being public, everyone will be able to have access to healthcare, however privatisation of NHS services could mean that there will be more financial incentives to offer better services and possibly provision of better working conditions for the workers. Completely crossing off private sector involvement might also burden the government budget in a sense that tax payers will have to pay for the expenses.</title>
