         <description><![CDATA[<p>Plastic injection molding, though efficient, often faces several challenges that can impact product quality. Some typical problems include:short shot, void, sink marks,... short shot is a phenomenon in which the mold cavity cannot be completely filled by molten plastic, resulting in a portion where there is no plastic. The plastic pressure loss in the mould is too high. There is not enough plastic in the shot. so, need increase fill speed, plastic and mould temperature, check the shots continuously and use plastic with high melting capability. void is a phenomenon when a pocket of air is trapped within or close to the surface of an injection moulded prototype. It is caused by plastic shrinkage. Plastic volume changes when plastic is heated or cooled, solution is increase gate size and locate it at the thick part of the moulding, Slow down cooling rate, increase the injection pressure to force more material into the mould and reduce shrinkage</p>]]></description>
