Nowadays, I'm working from home because of coronavirus, I have eaten more healthier than before, I have low-fat  food and suitable portions.s in the right times, When I worked in the office, the time for lunch was shorter and I used to be stressed there. Due to quarantine I work regulary from home and for this reason I have lost weight and for this reason I have lost weight and I have felt healthier.   definitely,  I have stopped eating junk food, I'm sure that I will continue eating healthy,.
