Warning: You provided me with a great list of options, and you mentioned you definitely didn't need all of them. I went off the book a bit and picked flowers that I felt matched the vibe of the list you gave me rather than using the exact flowers from the list.

Of the varieties you mentioned to me, it seems like you want a flower with volume, a flower with a long line, some filler flower, and a smaller focal flower. So, I simplified things a bit and picked one flower each that accomplished those characteristics.

Obviously, this is different from the other varieties of lilies you suggested. The volume of the double bloom accomplishes the same thing as a Spider Mum or Dahlia, but I feel like the flower's profile is more elegant, like a Calla Lily or a Casablanca iris. Let me know what you think.

However, I personally think these would make a lovely addition to the floral scheme. Great contrast, the center reads black IRL which matches your colors. These would look lovely in a bouquet, should you decide to have one.

I'm not sure of the exact length of the head table or the mantle...

I'd estimate mantle length at around 5 ft, and we'd need 4 extra feet of garland (2 feet hanging off each side). So, 9 feet total there.

According to google, a traditional head table seating 12 is 24 feet long, and we'd need an addyional 4 feet for hang over there, too. So, 28 feet there.

Thursday, March 27, 2025: I will have all the flowers delivered to my home in Somers, CT. I will probably begin at 4 p.m. unpackaging, cleaning, and prepping the flowers and finish around 11 p.m.

Friday, March 28, 2025: I will begin around 8am and work until I have everything prepared for the wedding day, probably until 5pm or so. I will make 2 garlands, 2 bouquets, and set aside flowers + greens for tables.

Saturday, March 29, 2025 - Wedding Day: I will arrive at the venue at 9 am and begin setting up the reception space, making bud vase arrangements for dinner tables + cocktail tables. I will set up garlands, wrap bouquets, etc.
