Coli Last inspection: failed https://padlet.com/nicolasbabineau/Inspection_Report/wish/947575147 Unfortunately, after doing a second visit to the restaurant a lot of hazards were found again.

    During the inspection, it was found that:
    -A cat was walking on the cooker and the table where food is prepared.
    -There were dirty dishes everywhere, even in the hand-washing sink.
    -The staff toilet was dirty and out of service.
    The staff hair touches the food.
    -Rats running in the kitchen.
    -Theere were still flies coming out of the refrigerator.
    -The staff weren't wearing face masks.
    The staff weren't using hand sanitizer .

    It is recommended that this restaurant clores and reopens when they have solved the problem of rats and the cat.     Lucky  it was open and  now the things  were different. 
    Dirty dishes weren´r found in the sink. Staff were clean and well trained. No animals were founding arround on the floor. Tables and chairs were founding  clean in close and open area. In the resent days  no more report of people ilness.

    there were the mains findings :
    hairies were found on the soup 
    Food was eating by a cat
    The toilet´s door was found opened
    in conclusion there wasn´t getting  better, even there were found things more awful.

Eventhough staff  have been trainnig there were found  healthy issues. 
    Hand washing sink is full with dirty dishes
    Staff not wearing properly clothing. 
    Animals eating on kitchen surface
    croacaches surrounding kitchen area due to lack of cleanest. 
    In Conclusion Enzo's restaurant must keep close until further notice.
