         <description><![CDATA[<div>malcolm X wanted a more agressive aprouch in the civil rights movement .During the Jim Crow Laws&nbsp;<br>black people took on leadership during the civil rights movement because it was a struggle for social justice that took place mainly during the 1950s and 1960s for Black Americans to gain equal right under. They held public office and sought legislative changes for equality and the right to vote.<br><br>On August 28 1963 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr gave his most famous speech as the keynote address at the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom.<br>His speech changed lifes worldwide black of color could get the same jobs as everyone else, everyone could ride on the same bus, everybody was treated equal.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
