Kimmy's Catering Services is a small catering service company located in the Sun-City of Portmore, St. Catherine. Kimmy's Catering Services is structured as a sole proprietorship, operating under the entrepreneur Ms. Felicia Edwards. Our mission is to offer quality and healthy Jamaican Cuisine. We will create a positive environment that encourages others to resort to living a healthier lifestyle.

The Problem

The world is operating at fast pace and people no longer have the time to prepare healthy and delicious Jamaican Cuisine. It has become a trend online shop because it is a "hassle" to go out and make your purchases in the store or restaurants.  Kimmy Catering Services will take on the hassle of preparing scrumptious authentic Jamaican meals for you and your family.

The Solution
KCS will provide quality and healthy Jamaican Cuisine for it customers. The solution of the problem is to offer quality and healthy Jamaican Cuisine to our customers door step to relief them of the hassle to preparing meals for their family. KCS not only aim to better the lives of our customers, but we also try to help in building the economy as a company by employing our youths which will increase the country's employment rate.

Our Team
Our Chef and Sous Chef have more than 10 years of experience in the food industry. Both are currently employed as Staff of Kimmy Catering Services.

Our Solution

Our main focus will be serving high-quality food at a great value. Food will strive to be a premier local fast food brand in the local marketplace. We want our customers to have the total experience when visiting our outlet(s) and website as they will learn about this fascinating new “pop culture.” We will sell merchandise from pre-packaged sauces and t-shirts, to potato cutters, all with our official brand attached to them.

Purchasing and storing
Stocks will be purchase from local wholesales, supermarket and meat market.

Kimmy’s Catering and Delivery Services will be operating from the restaurant. The stocks will be stored at the restaurant location. Dishes will also be prepared for distribution at the restaurant. 

Distribution 
Jamaicans - Customers living in the cooperate area will get home delivery. We will have to pick up locations for other customers. Currently, we have two pick up locations. They are Halfway Tree and Portmore Mall. 

Shipping
Kimmy’s Catering and Delivery Services will be using fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to ship products to customers outside Jamaica.
