    1. This is discrimination because the prospective home buyer is being discriminated from buying a house when he is from certain ethnicities or have certain ailments.

    1. If I am being honest, I probably have because of accidental bias based up on what I grew up around (like the shows I watched, etc).

    1. No, I believe they are the same.

    1. Yes I can -- I can see this behavior be reflected in how my parents (who are ethnic) are treated by certain people, and in some occasions, how I am also treated.
