    Second of all, I have learnt what 10 root values are and their deficiencies thanks to the criticisms. 
    Third and the most importantly, I have learnt that a big step has been taken in ELTPs. I read about all the changes and I glad that the importance of language teaching is understood. 
    The think that I do not understand is why there isn't any certain educational philosophy of NC. It is said that before the new curriculum, constructivist philosophy was the basis. Maybe the reason why it is not mentioned which philosophy is the basis because the constructivist philosopy is still implemented.
