         <description><![CDATA[<div>Preparação: Juntam-se a farinha num alguidar com o fermento  desfeito num pouco de água morna e os ovos, adicionam-se as gorduras, e trabalha-se a massa até se desprender do fundo do alguidar. Cobre-se com um pano grosso e quente e deixa-se levedar.<br>Divide-se em duas partes iguais, estendem-se com as mão e sobre uma delas distribuem-se as carnes cortadas em fatias. Dispõe-se por cima a outra metade da massa, unindo bem as pontas e dando forma arredondada e alta. Deixa-se descansar durante meia hora com um pano em volta. Pincela-se com gema de ovo batida e vai ao forno forte a cozer. </div>]]></description>
