         <description><![CDATA[<pre>Healthy Lifestyles</pre><div><br><strong>1</strong>)  To live a heathy lifestyle, you should exercise regularly, eat fruits and vegetables and avoid junk food, and lastly you should take care of your mental health.<br><br><br><strong>2</strong>)  Staying up late, and eating too much junk food and the lack of movement at home are some of the extremely unhealthy things people do.<br><br><br><strong>3</strong>) I do not consider myself healthy because I don't have healthy behaviors, and to me it's either being all in or not in at all:) My current goal is to set my mental health straight so I can focus on other aspects of health without dying:)</div>]]></description>

To live a healthy life you should exercise at least 10 mins per day, try to eat more vegetables and fruits, eat less junk food.

Most people eat junk food every day,  eat a lot of sugar and soda, they doesn't exercise at all, sleep less than 8 hours and that's not good at all.

3) Do you consider yourself as having a healthy or unhealthy lifestyle or are you somewhere in between? Do you have any health and wellness goals currently?

I'm trying to be healthy, I sleep early and wake up early, I try to eat healthy food, I drink less coffee. I want to exercise more.

1)  What should a person do to live a healthy lifestyle?  (Write at least 3 specific suggestions)

- we need to play sport at least 10 minutes per day, and we need to stop eating junk and fast food, the Psychological health is important so we need. to stop watching sad movies because it may affect our health and we wont notice, and we may end up having Depression or something.

2)  What are some things that people do that are unhealthy?  (Write at least 3 specific examples)

-they drink a lot of soda, and they put the kidneys in dangerous, they eat and sit eat and sit and they dont play sport so they start having more weight putting the heart in dangerous, and they dont have enough sleep, like staying awake until 2 AM is unhealthy.

3) Do you consider yourself as having a healthy or unhealthy lifestyle or are you somewhere in between?  Do you have any health and wellness goals currently?  
-I am not that healthy but maybe I am better than others, like I dont stay awake after 12am because its un allowed in my house and I hate soda and I dont eat that much of fast and junk food, i play sport allot and I always go out to walk little bet, so I guess I am good.

1) To live a healthy lifestyle:
    - Eat different types of food to get all the nutrients you need
   -  Find something to do that puts your mind at peace
   -  Don't stress yourself at school, make a schedule of your tasks for the day.

2) Unhealthy things people do:
     -  Too lazy to prepare healthy food, so they just order fast food
     -  Reflect negative energy to other people  and ruin their mood.
     - normalize smoking and vaping

3) I consider myself having a healthy lifestyle, or at least try too.

To live a healthy lifestyle you should you must you have to play some sports because if you already ate junk food and unhealthy it will start burn a lot of fats and you will start to be healthy .And also it's not the only thing you have to do. Staying hydrate is very important
