Going through a separation is not something that can be handled in a professional setting.  Having his daughter in the same school is just an unreasonable situation.  

I would recommend some counselling for all parties involved, a re-location of Frank and his daughter.  I believe that we need professional space here and I would move to re-locate both Frank and his daughter to have a fresh start.
