I saw this at a conference and loved it. It is anonymous, in real-time, and gives instant feedback. Works really well. https://padlet.com/fleur_serriere/895qw7n5el42/wish/228918853 Sort students into groups of 3 students or so. Pass out blank paper with 3 questions for feedback written on the board. The teacher stay away from the groups for 10-15 minutes or so while the students collaborate and write their answers on the paper. After the time limit, one solitary student collects the answers, mixes up the pages, reads all of the answers for 1 then 2 then 3 as the teacher jots down highlights, notes the repetitive issues, and listens WITHOUT being defensive. Occasionally, a nod and a "Yes, that should change" goes a long way. Also, if something is offbase it is handled in real time and the students know this is completely anonymous (not even looking at the hand-writing). The one speaker trashes the papers without the teacher looking at them.
