"All the great speakers were bad speakers at first" - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Public speaking is one of the most common fears speaker has. It is because they are nervous on speaking on public, and they might get all of the attention of all people. It is common to most people who are lacking confidence and self- esteem especially in speaking. According to the video,. one of the best way to be a good public speaker is to prepare as many times as you can. One must always prepare in order to support all the gaps and get all the ideas of what will you say in front. You should also have strong supporting evidences in your speech and technically speaking, one must not lose his/her good posture in order to show that you are confident. After the speech, you should also pander to your audience to show what you had done even though you did not good as what they expect.
Well, public speaking is really hard. I had experienced public speaking since I was young and it was really nerve- racking. But the only thing that I had done in order to progress in this is to have a self- confidence always. Throughout the years, I continued speaking in public and I think that boosted my confidence. Though I am not that good especially now, I don't mind what other will tell me about my speech. As long as I give my best, well I am already satisfied on it. That's all! Thank you :)

Many eyes! Words of gossips! I want to locked myself inside my cozy room!"

Anxiety.

We, people do have our own personalities, own identities, own profile; and some ways of how we face the vision of life like to speak out, to be heard might be difficult for some of us. However, the stiff grip could be the antidote for this sickness.

Butterflies in our stomach? It's a big problem for us while doing public speaking. Well then first, what is public speaking? It is the act of performing a speech in front of a grouped listeners. The deliberation of information, thoughts, insight on a certain concepts for a purpose. Still, this fear were always stepping out - Glossophobia, a fear of tongue as what it said. This fear is generally means in public speaking.

For what I'd watched. the video shared a guides to solve this problem. This 3P something which is the Prepare, Posture and Physicality, and Pander to your audience. Indeed, this will help. Preparing for something will be a good solution. Study your speech forward and backward, on how we will going to present it. And a steps to catch everyone's attention: Hooky intro, supporting evidence and powerful conclusion just like on writing a simple essay. But sometimes if we prepared or planned for some event it always been postponed. Oh well, let's focus on public speaking. Confidence is the only way to face your fear. But we don't need to force our self to do it rightly on the spot for as it is said. Do it step by step, and everything will be smooth and clean to your success.

-public speaking is one of the most common problem not just for the teens. Even adults have the struggle to speak in public. Based on the video, people nowadays are trying their best to overcome that fear but some of them failed. Maybe because they are not that confident to speak in front of many people. For us to conquer that problem, we should deal about the Triple-P Method. First is, prepare. Prepare not just for the small things but also for the worse. Second is the posture and physicality. Of course, we should compose ourselves in front of the public for us to have the guts and for them to see us with confident. Last one is, we have to pander to our audience. Meaning, don't the audience feel bored. Find a way for them to be interested about the topic

Based on the video, It was said that the most common type of phobia among Americans is Glossophobia which is the fear of public speaking or of speaking in general.
Glossophobia isn't a dangerous disease or chronic condition but it is a feeling of discomfort and anxiety which is triggered when speaking in front of a group. It is adviced that if your fear of public speaking interferes with your daily life you need to undergo psychotherapy because anxiety disorders often get worse over time. So the video is trying to give understandings and solution as to how Glossophobia can be countered or overcomed. The video gave the 3 P's which Is preparing, posture and physically and pandering to your audience. I strongly agree on the countermeasures given Because first of all Being prepared is very important
Not just physically but also mentally. This will already give you a headstart on what's gonna come next. The second P that was given was posture.Having a proper posture will make your body relax and natural which is connected to the 3rd P which is Pandering to your audience. It is really important that you are acting and Feeling natural in front. You need to be comfortable with all the people in front of you. Consider these 3 P's and i'm sure you'll get rid of your speech anxiety in no time.

These sums up the content of the video and in conclusion i find this video really helpful especially with people, including me who fears speaking in public.

It is a very common fear and many suffer from it. Many avoid it but speaking is a very important skill that all of us must master in order to truly succeed in life. That is why we must strive to overcome our fear of public speaking through following the 3Ps stated in the video namely through Preparing, Proper Posture and Physicality, and Pandering to your audience. Other than those Ps we must also develop our Courage and Self Confidence in order to truly master public speaking. We must learn to trust ourselves and trust that we can do anything that we put our minds into because everything can be learned through hardwork and patience.
