Do it for 10-15 seconds twice or thrice.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Finger Strength: Keep your hand on the table and keep your palm and wrist on the same line. Now lift your palm up as your fingers keep touching the surface. Maintain the same position and move your fingers up as high as possible one by one. Slowly in a few days you will feel strength in your fingers.&nbsp;</div><div>Finger Exercises On Guitar: As you pick up your guitar to play , you can always&nbsp; start with a few basic exercises that will ensure that you perform better. Here are a few moves you can give a try to:</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Beginners: There are three important things that you need to take care of. First, our posture while holding guitar, your fingers, and your sense of timing. Hold your pick in a very precise manner and try not be lazy about it. You will also need to work on how your thumb travels across the fretboard. Ensure that the latter doesn’t stays stuck to one point as your fingers moves. Also ensure that your thumb doesn’t flows in air or you may end up losing your fretboard.
